54: Curt Drew; "Peel Away the Wasted Time" (Rocks)

Curt Drew has plans to work himself out of a job, and they include letting his employees know what he expects of them. He shares candidly on today's episode about how to let your employees know what you expect from them and if you intend to come and go as you please should change your expectations.

He recommends "peeling away the wasted time" by having agendas for meetings and strictly sticking to them, then moving on with your day. Curt says "Don't waste time in idle chatter when you have things to do and when you turn the business off to spend time with your family, turn it OFF and tackle it tomorrow."
