Alec McClennan thought he was big stuff in lawn care until almost everyone's lawn died that first year of business. He worked quickly to come up with a better solution that still did not use harsh chemicals, and soon he was off to the races. He landed a contract with the Cleveland Zoo almost by default, which spurred him into grabbing some friends and a spreader and heading to work with the kangaroos. Today he shares how he went from sealing driveways to a brief stint in tree cutting to the lawn care business. |
