Although it's important to attract new customers, Josh talks in today's episode about how you can't just put something "shiny" out there and not be able to back it up. He sees the future of JLSA as growing to a certain size while maintaining the important strategies that are their keys to success. While growth is nice, they don't want to stray from their core values, which are to provide a great place to work as well as finding the "right way, right website, right logo." He gets real about their challenges as well as his optimism for the future of entrepreneurship in society. |
